The first two times I had them scheduled, they were a no call, no show. The price was reasonable; however, they did not complete the follow-up visit, and what they did didn't solve the problem. The sod they replaced is dead, and they solved a small part of the problem, but created a bigger problem. Basically, they created a dam so now my entire back yard floods and I have standing water at the back of my house. All subsequent phone calls to have them come out and finish the job have been unreturned. I have tried for three months to get them to answer or return a phone call, and have had no response. Now I have to pay someone to come clean up their mistakes.
Description of Work: Drain installed to reduce flooding in back yard. Pipe installed to connect drain to existing drain in side yard. Replaced sod and regraded to aid in draining.
