About us

I have been servicing pianos for the entire Hillsborough and South Pasco County area for seventeen years--all the while regularly attending state and national Piano Technicians' Guild Seminars and Institutes. For the last fifteen years, I have been the service technician for all concerts at the Florida State Fair, and for over ten years I have handled piano service for several of the largest cruise lines coming into Port of Tampa. I maintain a long list of piano teachers that I can recommend, who also recommend me to their students.

This is John's second time tuning my piano, this time brining it back up to pitch after he tuned it six months ago after a move. John has been extremely helpful in pointing me a source to help with a Pianocorder connected to the piano and, as always, is friendly and professional.

John Ragusa is excellent. It is easy to see/hear that he is top in his field. Even though the piano had been neglected many years he has been able to put it back in good shape. It sounds terrific and we have been playing it each day. All the notes are in tune. We are impressed and thankful that someone has his skills in tuning pianos.

EXCELLENT EAR FOR TUNING, HE TUNED THE CONCERT PIANO FOR JIM BRICKMAN LAST TIME HE TOURED THROUGH TAMPA. HE EVEN CALLS ME FOR REMINDERS IF I FORGET IT'S TIME TO TUNE! VERY NICE GENTLEMAN.
