 + -1 moreleft a message on his machine, he was prompt with his reply, we made our appointment, etc, etc, he reformed the service, and I was happy.
Description of Work: Tuned my baby grand, but explained that he could take it to a certain point and would return after the piano adjusted. It had been many years since last tuning. He also was able to get my piano disc player working again. Very Professional, punctual, and friendly. Wil continue to use Mr. Raguso as my tuner.

 + -1 moreJohn Ragusa is excellent. It is easy to see/hear that he is top in his field. Even though the piano had been neglected many years he has been able to put it back in good shape. It sounds terrific and we have been playing it each day. All the notes are in tune. We are impressed and thankful that someone has his skills in tuning pianos.
Description of Work: John Ragusa came to the house when he said he would and tuned our Kimball upright piano which hadn't been tuned in at least twenty years. He worked carefully and skillfully for a little over two hours.
