Very badly. Work was not completed as agreed to in the estimate. 40 bags of mulch to be put down. I noted mulch missing along side fence. The owner informed me 30 bags were put down. I noted the estimate said 40 bags. I was asked to pay and they would go ahead and out down the bags owed. I still have no mulch along the side fence. Weeds were also to be sprayed/removed and they are still there. When I contacted the owner, he was nasty and hung up on me.

Lesson learned, do not use a company that seems aggressive. The owner showed up shortly after submitting for a request for bamboos landscaper on Angie List. He immediately gave me a quote and then said he can start work the next day. I said I need some time to think about it. The next day, he texted and gave a lower price. Without waiting for my quotes, I decided to use him. It was a mistake. Horrible experience and unprofessional service. During walk through prior to paying, the owner just lose it and started yelling. He said "Give me my money and I get out of here." They didn't do all the work that was asked of him, and started yelling when I requested that he remove the left over leaves behind the bamboos. Cannot believe Angie's List would refer a company like this.

Not good. The work was completed the day after the quote. It rained the night before and as a result the clean up had to be cleaned up which I did not the company. They used blowers. My white fence, outdoor cushions, window sills, front porch were all covered in mud and dirt when they finished. They removed 90% of the mulch in the beds as well. I had to spend and additional $100 to replace the mulch. The leaves in the lawn they made only a half attempt to remove. The primary reason I needed to service was to remove the leaves from the grass. They claimed a rake would only tear up the grass. Since I have successfully cleaned up the lawn with a rake, I know that to be untrue. I guess it would be true if you are sloppy. Which they were so I didn't see that as a viable option. The one good thing was the response time and scheduling. But that's it. Very poor work result for a lot of money. I told the workers this. The office never called to follow up. Or maybe they didn't tell the office I was unhappy. I will not hire again nor recommend.
