I hired them for yard waste removal. Some leaves and sticks were left behind

They were ok I think they overcharged me. The invoice was not detailed in terms of labor and materials costs.

I hired this company for front and back yards to remove weeds, trim palm trees and shrubs and put down mulch. I obtained a written estimate which documented weeds would be removed/sprayedcand 40 bags of mulch put down. Being disabled I was not able to walk around to check the work but requested photos. With the photos I noticed there was no mulch along my side fence facing the road. I was informed they had put down the 30 bags owed and I noted the estimate said 40 bags. They said if I would go ahead and pay they would come back and put the 10 bags of mulch down. I still have no mulch in the area I noted. Also, there are still weeds in my courtyard rocked in area. When I contacted the owner about these issues, he was nasty and hung up on me. Being a disabled senior citizen on a fixed income, it is very discouraging being taken advantage of. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANIY.

Mr.Guerra did a great job! He worked diligently to make sure my yard looked awesome again. I plan to hire him for other jobs!

There is just too much to negatively say about this business, I do not even know where to begin! Got quoted a price for the full job, they came the next day to do the work and said they were finished about 5 hours into the job. Mind you other companies that we got quotes from said it would take 2-3 days to complete the job. We asked for the removal of all the dead shrubs, and he just cut them back. We asked for the removal of all the rocks/debris/rotting wood on the side of the house, he said that was not part of the quote. They also cut so many of our irrigation lines, which we will now have to hire someone to fix. There was a major language barrier which normally I do not care about at all, but if he is going to use it to say the language is why he did not understand what it needed and the job is complete at to pay him the full amount, I do have a problem with that. He forcefully yelled at me and my husband to pay him the full amount when the job that we agreed upon was 50% complete and we were barely satisfied. I actually had to go inside because I was very uncomfortable. He and his partner did put in work, so we did pay them (way too much in my eyes), but I just wanted them off of our property. It was just a very upsetting situation which we spent a lot of money on to have to hire another company to actually complete the job.

I hired JM Guerra to remove tree stumps from the ground and also leaves behind the trees. They started out ok, but when I asked them to remove the rest of the leaves from behind the trees, he lost his temper and started yelling. He said **Give my money and I will get out of here**. This is unprofessional and rude. Not worth the money for a sloppy job. They made a huge mess outside my yard onto the streets.

A little more expensive than the value provided.

I talked to him about my son s yard in Tampa. My son was very happy with the work he did and would definitely use his services in the future.

Yoan did a fantastic job! My sister and I hired JMGuerra Ladscaping to mow, weed eat, edge, trim the overgrowth and plants and yard clean up from the oak trees leaves and acorns that were all over the yard and driveway. He did such an awesome job! Everything looks so good. He worked so hard and was very meticulous. We have contracted him and he will be coming back to mow, etc., and keep up maintenance. Very please with JM Guerra Landscaping and I know we made the right decision. Also, very reasonable in pricing.

The price was a tad high I thought but after he was done I can say he was worth every penny! Careful, conscientious, fast professional. He did my lawn, flower beds and some trees. I am hiring him for regular work every 2 weeks. This is who you want keeping your yard beautiful.

They worked through rain storms which I personally wouldn't have done but it made all the difference in the world getting our house ready for the market

Hired to PULL WEEDS and trim bushes Nice job of trimming bushes Used weed whacker to knock down and spray weeds but refused to pull the weeds from the bushes and around the plants which is specifically what he was hired to do. Cost was way to high for the services I got.
