Jet Brite

We had some type of water line stain imbedded in our tile around the pool.  We tried scrubbing, tile cleaners, muriatic acid, and nothing would take it off quickly... We did get a few tiles clean... but, we would have been very old by the time we finished.We saw the JetBrite service on the internet with a google search.  When I first saw it, and read about it, I was very skeptical how this would work...watched his video..... so we sent him pictures of our problem along with approximate measurements of our pool and asked if he thought he could get this out... His web site said he guarantees his work, so we figured, what do have to lose. After writing our email, I was not even sure we would get a response....Mike was very quick to respond and give us an approximate cost, and told us what he thought the line may be, and if he could not remove the stain in the first few feet, he would not continue.  We set a date and time... he was here right on time..  He explained the entire process of how he does it, and what to expect and what I will see.Once he started, unbelievably I could see the line start to disappear. (I really had some doubt because the tile is not smooth, it has texture to it and the dirt or whatever was almost imbedded.) Personality and professionalism and great work is hard to find.... We have to rate Mike as able to accomplish all of this for an enjoyable, well worth the money outcome... Will definitely use again if I had too. The tiles came out looking brand new.  Thank you Mike.

Mike came over at my convenience and gave me an estimate for the work.  He was very personable and professional.  He explained his process and the tools he uses.  He was able to schedule the work very quickly and came on time and completed the work.  Mike made sure I was 100% satisfied or I didn't have to pay.  He takes pride in his work and offers a great service and a great price.  I was considering re-tiling the pool because the stains were so ugly.  Mike saved us thousands of dollars and did a great job
