Jesto Transmissions

Not to good. After they completed the work, I went back for a inspection they found it leaking. After the 4th time returning, 2 months total, the leak was finally fixed. Each time, I had no car for 3 to 6 days. No offer for a rental car. Very frustrating for me, back and forth several times, and no transportation 4 different times. Matt, the owner, very nice, they did solve the proplem. I can't give a A, so i give Jesto a B. Also, i had the alignment done 2 times by someone else, thinking the car was fixed both times.

Went well. Work done as expected and promised.

Price was quoted upfront was also the delivered price. Was very happy with both the work that was done as well as the price.

Very good. Truck was in and out in two days. Very friendly staff, even helped with financing.

Job was done on time at the expected price.

Owner Mike and Sr. mechanic Ken were very professional. They were complete, direct and informative at all stages of their efforts.

There was a unrelated and extenuating situation with the car's Traction Control settings. The TCS/ traction control warning light was illuminated on the dash. An electronic error had occurred prior to the transmission failure.

 Ken was able to diagnose the traction control system error, and with a little help from my mechanic, they were able they reprogram the system and correct the situation.

Their continued  perseverance with the electronic issues (error code) and willingness to go above and beyond the transmission work was exceptional!

I have been in sales and the service business all my life. This car repair experience was one of the best and most through efforts I have ever experienced...

They were prompt and able to diagnose the problem right away. They gave us a one-year warranty and had the car done within a couple of days. It's been a year now and the car hasn't had any problem. When my husband had a question, he took the car to their shop and they evaluated it free of charge.

Jesto took my in without an appointment, interviewed me for symptoms, took me for a test drive to observe the problem, had the mechanic evaluate the transmission, provided me a detailed list of observations, made recommendations for what to repair (not everything), performed a transmission rebuild due to the severity of the problem (and maybe age, since it had about 180k miles on on that transmission), finished within the 2 days projected, took 2 additional test drives (mechanic and supervisor), took me for a test drive, and delivered my vehicle on time. They checked for any leaks and asked that I return in 3 weeks for a post-service leak check.
Jesto was professional, thorough, and competitively priced.

Heard of Jesto Transmission (yes, for auto repair). Had it towed there. Matt took a careful examination of the engine, found that the engine needed a part somewhere on top and inside of the engine, and tune-up. Two days later... running like a top! Fast, professional, low cost, with my best interest at heart! Great job!

Car works great.

This was the most pleasing business dealing I have had in years. Not only did they fix my very strange problem in a timely manner, they knew exactly what it was and how to resolve it. I was treated in a very professional and friendly way that satisfied me 100%.
I would highly recommend this business to anyone.
And, they keep a very clean shop. THAT SPEAKS VOLUMNS IN ITSELF.

Transmission problems are never good news. However, I had a great experience doing business with Jesto Transmission. They were very friendly and professional. The estimate was even-handed; they told me about what I needed, what I could get done, and what I didn't need. They did a good job on the transmission; my car is running better than ever. On top of that, they got it done on the same day. The final price was right in line with the estimate, and that price was better than expected.

A- grade. Took time to check on car issue. Seemed to know what they are doing since Midas and VW dealer send customers to them. They couldn't tell what was wrong but had long list of where they would start. Kept car for 1.5 days and didn't charge anything even though I decided not fix the car. Sems we needed to call them to get the update of what was wroing.
