They were great! I loved the lady that came out. She gave me excellent advice not only on recommending what fabrics would look good in my room, but she gave me tips on interior decorating and how to rearrange my living room. I had very similar taste as her. The first and second choices of fabrics that she pulled out of her bag I loved. I also ordered a rug to go with my draperies. I felt she went above and beyond what she needed to. It was a little pricey, but I felt that I got a lot for what I paid for. She arrived right on time.

Good - felt prices were great. She was prompt and efficient and knew her inventory. She had solid opinions about what would work given my budget. Very pleased with product outcome and price. Installation was very fast and efficient. Seamless transition between ordering and install. Be sure to ask about specials and watch for ads in newspapers for 50-75% off drapery treatments. I received the manufacturer's quality for less than half the price.

Glenda was very helpful in selecting the shades to match our needs, this was a challenge given the size of the windows and our desire for top-down, bottom-up cordless shades. They have an excellent selection of high-end custom products. The blinds are delivered to your home (but not installed). We are very happy with the result, and the cost was extremely competitive.
