"Mr. [Member Name Removed], Jasper Contractors is a professional roofing contractor who specifically completes roof work; we do not complete HVAC work nor did we charge you for any. As explained to you according to your insurance paperwork, Jasper only completes the roof scope of work whereas, you, the homeowner would need to choose an HVAC contractor to complete the HVAC scope of work. Your roof consisted of 29 SQS., 1 of which was a small, flat area which required a different material than the asphalt shingles, totaling about 3% of the total job. Whereas asphalt shingles consist of various granule colors, this material is solid in color and matched to the overall shingle as best as possible. Although the dark gray is complementary to the shingles you chose, you were very adamant regarding the typical pairing. At your request, and our expense, Jasper installed black on the small area. Jasper abides by all rules regarding our roofing contractor's license as well as strives to fulfill customer satisfaction throughout the entire process. We feel as though we have stood by our work on both and truly hope that you enjoy your new roof for many years to come!"
