+ -1 moreJose has moved back to Florida and I immediately called him for many things I needed done to my home. He charges a very fair price and will even go out of his way to teach you how to do things yourself! I would recommend him 100 times out of 100. He will do pretty much and kinds of work.

+ 2 moreThe weather does not come in anymore, old thresh hold replaced in excellent manner. CONS: when they caulked around the doorway, they did not clean up the excess caulking, nor the excess around the bottom of the door. It looked awful and took quite a bit to get it off and repaint. Solid wood repair but sloppy.
Description of Work: Replaced door thresh hold and flap that keeps weather out. caulked around the outside deck door.

+ 3 moreThe work went very well, and they were the nicest guys to work with! Everything looked really great as they take great pride in all they do. They asked me exactly what I wanted and made sure everything was accomplished to my satisfaction. They worked quickly and very professionally. Jose has a lot of painting experience, and it showed in his work. They also do several other things such as re-screen windows, drywall, decks, replace doors and windows, etc. As his card says, no job is too small - and they do large jobs as well. I will use them for all handyman, carpentry, painting, and other jobs anytime I need help in the future and will recommend them to all my friends, neighbors, and coworkers.
Description of Work: J&J Services completed several projects for me in less than a day with 3 guys, Jose (owner), Junior and David - they are good friends and two are brothers, so no sub contractors. They were extremely professional, competent and very nice, and none of my projects were too small for them. During the estimate, Jose showed me how to get a match on my exterior house paint, what kind to buy, and measured the wood i needed. He also instructed me on how to do my own work on several other projects, which I completed easily from his instructions. They removed old pvc pipes, nails, etc., filled in all holes, and painted all bad places (perfect match) and in some cases entire walls as well as my front front door, shutters, and all window ledges. They also replaced wood around my garage door, replaced screen door handles and hardware, replaced four outside lights, and even helped me wash windows and screens and put all the screens back up. They cleaned up everything before they left, and offered to pick up a large (16 foot long) metal piece for me to install on my garage door the following week (which I purchased over the phone).

+ 5 moreGreat so far - job is scheduled, and he told me everything I need to pick up and what he'll bring.
Description of Work: I called Jose with J&J for an estimate for handyman services on several items that needed fixing to sell plus some painting - he even does pressure washing. He was very prompt and reasonable and gave me lots of ideas and instructions for what I could do on my own. We scheduled the work within a week on a day that worked for both us. Like his write up said, no job is too small, and he does everything - I won't have to call anyone else.
