I am filing a formal complaint against Integrity AC & Heating for what I believe to be deceptive business practices and an improper installation that has left us with an inefficient and inadequate air conditioning system despite paying $11,481 for a new unit. We hired Integrity AC & Heating to replace our existing air conditioning system, and the work was completed on January 29, 2025. However, since installation, the system has not been functioning properly. Our home’s humidity level is constantly at 70%, making it extremely uncomfortable and unhealthy. After contacting them about these issues, they sent a technician to inspect the system. The technician then informed us that we now need new ductwork, a dehumidifier, and an upgraded thermostat, none of which were ever mentioned when we were originally sold the system. In fact, they had already installed a thermostat as part of the original job, but now claim we need a different one. Since the technician's visit, both the salesman and the manager have stopped returning our calls, leaving us without a proper resolution. After calling their office multiple times Mike is conveniently not there to speak to us in resolving this issue. It is clear to us that the AC unit was improperly installed and is not functioning as it should, yet the company is refusing to take responsibility for their mistake. Since the technician's visit, both the salesman and the manager have stopped returning our calls, leaving us without a proper resolution. We feel that we have been misled and scammed out of $11,482 for a system that is not working properly and fails to regulate our home's temperature and humidity levels. We request that Integrity AC & Heating correct this issue immediately by either: Repairing or replacing the AC unit to ensure it functions correctly at no additional cost, or Providing a full refund so that we can have the job completed properly by a reputable company. If this matter is not resolved, we will have no choice but to escalate our complaint further, including pursuing legal action and sharing our experience with consumer protection agencies. We appreciate your assistance in holding this company accountable and helping us resolve this matter as quickly as possible. Sincerely,

below you will see two documents, one you will notice a supposed signature and the other some kind of circle with something in it. First let me explain that I had never signed any kind of a contract from this company as they are alluring to (in the documents produced below), the two documents are the exact same documents with two different supposed signatures, dated for the exact same date. It seems as if this company has cut and pasted a signature that was given on the credit application on the 22nd. One these documents had been seen by me on the 23rd when I needed to contact this company to request paperwork for the air unit installed on the 22nd, the 2nd was then sent and seen to me on the 26th. Understand, this company did not give me any paperwork the day of installation like I requested, and I had not signed any documents from this company, so again how is it that they were able to produce documents with signatures or scribbles on it? the document with the circle was sent to me on the 23rd and then the one with the signature was sent to me on the 26th and they are the same document dated for the 22nd, again my question is how is this possible to have the exact same document dated for the same date sent to me on two different dates with two different so-called signatures? I call this fraud...

Integrity Air Conditioning Inc. represents to the highest degree their namesake being “INTEGRITY”.  Our home HVAC system stopped working late in the afternoon on 7/3/2012.  I called several places seeking a quick repair and kept hearing the same response “tomorrows the 4th of July and we couldn’t get anyone out till the 5th”.  Then I called” Integrity Air Conditioning” reaching one of the owners “JAY” and at last a friendly voice.  Before we even discussed a “Service Call” Jay waked me thru several “trouble shooting checks” to see if the problem could be fixed on the spot!  With that not working Jay said he could add me onto his service call list for the day saying it would be around 8 p.m. which sure sounded good to us (we already were starting to get warm).  Jay came and worked to repair our unit which was still under warranty being only 19 months old.  All this resulted in Jay installing a generic Fan Motor so we could get instant relief, getting a warranty replacement unit (10 day factory wait) and then installing the new factory unit.  This all was a lot of work and we considered it probably the best $689 dollars we ever spent.  We even now have a spare generic motor just in case we sometime need it.  The” icing-on-the-cake” was that Jay made several significant adjustments to the system settings which were not set correctly by the company who initially installed the system.  Needless to say Integiry Air Conditioning Inc. is an HVAC company you can totally trust who will give you OUTSTNDING SERVICE at a very fair price.

The guy came out at 7 pm and fixed it.  He really did a good review of the system and made some recommendations.  He was very good at service and came out right away.  The reason why I used him is, someone recommended me another company and I called them in May but they never came out to the property.  They kept telling me that they would do it but never showed up.  I then went on to Angie's List and found this guy.  He came out that night itself.  He was very good.

Always on time and very professional.  Listens to the customer as to issues the sytem is having.( I have probably delt with 20 servicers in this field and most do not listen....). Carefully to be clean coming in and out, and around the system.  Very pleasant and polite.  Completes the job and makes sure all is working before leaving.  Calls within a week to make sure issue corrected the problem.  Very thorough with work and explains what is done and if anyting going forward would help the problem.  Very satisfied would not use anyone else.  ARecommend to friends and family ( never recommended service provider before).

I called several "24 hour" places only to learn that they didn't answer the phone or couldn't be here for two days. As i prepared to pack my family up and move out, I tried calling one more place: Integrity Air. The name caught me, of course, but I figured it was a marketing gimmick. I quickly realized how wrong I was and mentioned that fact to the gentleman, Jay Hoover, who answered the phone and told me he'd be right over. It was after business hours but he didn't hesitate. He was excessively polite, entirely professional and extremely ethical. He was efficient, timely and created such confidence that I joined Angie's List solely to tell everyone about my experience. I have grown quite cynical of the service industry and in the AC industry in particular. I feel so very lucky to have stumbled upon a company whose name is truly a reflection of their way of doing business!

Integrity Air installed my original A/C complete with ductwork in 2001, and it is still running very efficiently. My home is very comfortable, and I have saved alot of money over the years. My maintenance is performed once a year, and my system continues to operate like clockwork. I feel that I could call Integrity Air at any time, and I would be treated with respect, punctuality, honesty, and professionalism. I would recommend this company to my family and best friends.
