Hanging the flat scren tv was challenging as the wall had very little space to hide wires. Also, they provided equipment (speakers) for exterior use and in a number of different rooms througout the house. All work was completed as requesed. The installer was very polite and the workmanship and work area was neat and clean. The price was good and fair, however, I probably could have brought the price down had I done the leg work to select and buy the equipment. But it was very convenient for Innovated A & V to do this.

Steve Kocher was extremely responsive and professional from the moment that we inquired about his services.  He was the first to respond and was the first to come to our home in order to provide us with an estimate of products and services desired.  We were very concerned about the timeliness of the service to be provided because of our move in time and painting services that were going to be conducted at the same time as the Audio Visual work.  Steve managed his portion of the job in an exceptional fashion!  He went above and beyond the call and worked hard to ensure that his work on the walls and trim would be complete prior to the painters.  This was important because the painters were able to provide  a fresh look to the trim etc that needed to be adjusted for the home theater installation.  Steve also helped us move the TVs and the associated TV brackets out of our old home on moving day and he did this at NO COST.  His service and willingness to ensure our happiness with his service was paramount!  We recommend him and Innovated Audio & Visual highly!!!!
