We have been a customer of Impact Pest for several years now, and we are very happy with the service that they provide. They notify you the week of your service to see if you will need a specific time to do the inside of your home. We rarely have any bugs inside our home and don't usually need inside service. If you are having any type of problem with insects in between services, they will come out to address the problem. You also have access to your account profile online where you can make payments or ask a question. They are very easy to work with, and we have been very happy working with them.

We've used Impact for our pest management since we bought our house in 2012. They have always been thorough, courteous, and prompt. In Florida, you have to have pest management or you will get palmetto bugs (huge flying cockroaches), no matter how clean your house is. Count on it. With Impact, I haven't seen a roach inside in ages. They've also helped treat ants, boll weevils, and other nuisance pests. Highly recommend!

I have had a quarterly pest control contract with Impact Pest for well over ten years. I grew up in Florida and know that the best pest control is prevention. Prevent before it happens. They have been awesome. In all those years, I have had only two different servicemen. That is in itself amazing. If I find any issue, they are right back taking care of it. Recently I asked them to stop by when in the neighborhood to treat some ants that had decided to move in by my garage door. They were taken care of within days. I highly recommend them! Efficient, professional and very easy to work with for scheduling, etc. .
