work was performed in timely manner. I called back the next day, to ask for help in finding files that were not in the same location. Dave was very polite and worked with me on finding the files. It took a while, but he was very patient and answered my questions. I would not hesitate to use Immediate Computer Repair in the future.

He was so great! David piper is my computer angel! He has restored my faith in the Truman race & I have sent many people his way. He also builds computers. He is a genius! He charged nothing for the evaluation!

I Love that he was all about the service not about the money. He could've easily said there were multiple things on my computer and charge memory services I didn't need. it turns out there was nothing wrong with it and didn't charge me a penny. he wouldn't even let me pay for a power cord. Definitely will use him because of this.

I called, described my problem. Dave said it would be in the range of $100. He said he could be here in about 1 1/2 hours he was here in 1 hour. It took him about 1/2 hour it was fixed and i'm happy!
