I was impressed when I walked in by the atmosphere and cleanliness of the shop. I was immediately greeted with friendly eye contact by the technician as he continued to explain to another customer, the process of fixing her computer screen.
Bryan Smith, the technician, was cordial and professional. I explained what I needed, showed him the phone and asked for a and quot;diagnosisand quot;. You see, the whole place is set up like a hospital and the techs wear scrubs and gloves. It sounds cheesy, but it actually works for them. Kind of a play on the and quot;geniusand quot; labels at the apple store I guess.
My phone was ready in less than an hour and it looks like brand new. The cost was 129.99 for fixing the screen...add 9.10 for fl tax and I walked with having paid @140.00. Much cheaper than a replacement phone...for sure.
