I run a licensed construction business and have subcontracted all of my shower glass work to this company for years without any issues?until recently. A brand-new shower glass was installed for one of my clients with a visible scratch. I contacted Adonys multiple times, and despite repeated promises to return and resolve the issue, he never followed through. On several occasions, he gave me specific dates and times but failed to show up, without notice or explanation. Even worse, after being paid in full, he stopped answering calls and texts altogether, leaving my client and my company in a very difficult position. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is unacceptable. My business relies on dependable subcontractors to deliver high-quality results, and this experience has shown me that I can no longer trust or recommend this company. They will not be receiving any future work from us.

I purchased a glass shower door from Home Depot. When they showed up to install it, they informed me that my walls are not straight and the door I purchased wouldn't work. They measured the space and quoted me for a custom door. The cost of the custom door with installation wasn't much more than the one I purchased. They showed up on time, were very professional, and did a fantastic job. I'm very happy with the result. I am going to hire them to do my other bathroom as well.
