Ideal Stone & Tile Design

Ubaldo at Ideal Stone & Tile came recommended to us from a relative. We selected the glass tile we wanted from Gulf Tile, but we have a large kitchen so we wanted a professional to do the installation. He responded via email and text, and arrived on time with 2 workers who began to work and we saw immediate problems with laying the tile, as the rows spanning behind the stove area drooped. Ubaldo came back to our home and immediately went to work, taking off what was crooked and re-layed with plastic spacers. The backing for the glass tiles were not all even, so it required some tender hand adjustments. The supervisor (Ubaldo) stayed with us for 2-3 more hours until his two tradesman (and ourselves) became confident that this was now being handled professionally. The grout used was also a little finicky, but with careful attention they completed the job to our satisfaction. Total time was 2 full days.
