THE ON-SITE FOREMAN OF THE PROJECT INCORRECTLY DETERMINED THAT I DID NOT REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL WIRE TO BE RUN FROM THE CONTROLLER TO THE NEW VALVE LOCATION. SUBSEQUENT TO THE CLOSURE OF THE TRENCHES IT WAS DETERMINED THAT IN FACT A NEW WIRING WOULD HAVE TO BE INSTALLED. MR KEY ABSORBED THE ADDITIONAL COST OF 2 MEN FOR 8 HOURS EACH TO INSTALL THE ADDITIONAL WIRING. HE HELD TRUE TO HIS ORIGINAL ESTIMATE OF $2,000.00
