They did not get stains off the concrete. They said they couldn't remove oil stains. They only use water and no cleaner.

I had to call them for an ETA. Waited all day before they called to say they wouldn't be to do the job until tomorrow. The next day they didn't show until 6pm. The job they did was great. I guess their customer service was lacking.

A small amount of grass was left between two cement slabs. Easily cleaned up with a flat hoe. Josh said the power wash wouldn't clean it so he left the grass. I cleaned it in 5 minutes. Otherwise a great job.

He was here within 30 mins after we talked. Price was $25 less than pressure wash company who I could not get on telephone. Besides doing what I asked, he power washed brick grill slab. Fence and slab look like new.

They were the first company to get back to me. I needed my roof power washed within a certain time frame, and it was not a problem for them. They showed up when they said they would and did the great job they had promised me. Everything went very smoothly, and that is saying a lot here in Florida.
