OWN A RENTAL PROPERTY, ALL COMMUNICATION DONE BY PHONE, GAVE ESTIMATE SAME DAY AS CALL AND COMPLETED WORK AS SCHEDULED WITHIN ONE WEEK. TENANT TOLD ME HE DID GREAT JOB AND PAINT ON SOFFIT MATCHED HOUSE PERFECTLY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WILL NOT HESITATE TO USE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

Peter came out on a Saturday to give me an estimate. He told me up front that he normally has a 3 week window before he begins work because he has other jobs to finish up (good to hear that he has work). Once I chose him he told me when he could squeeze in the job...which ended up being a week later. He said he could complete the work in 1 day. He arrive promptly and began work, he finished the job as he said by noon. It turned out perfect. I was very pleased.

Seeking to preserve character of older home, needed extensive repairs in bathroom. Large old mirror that covered one wall was removed. Beneath was damaged wall that required removal and replacement. Beadboard (to match wall that could be salvaged) was cut and installed.
