Hook's Stucco & Swimming Pool Remodeling

They were very professional. He fixed the several jobs that he did. Cleaned up very nice. They did not make a mess. They were very quick in doing that. All over we were very pleased with the work. They exceeded our expectations. The lights was good. He was extremely good. The work was great. They explained everything. Everything was really good.

It was excellent. He was able to come out in a timely manner. The communication was very good and the work was done very well. The clean up was done very well. I have no complaints at all. Part of the reason I selected him was that his price was actually the best of the six estimates I received.

This job was A+++ from start to finish. Eloy was very patient in allowing us to take lots of time in making decisions as to the products and surfaces we wanted to use. He said more than once he wanted us to be happy and if we were not sure he wanted us to wait until we felt comfortable with what we were choosing. He arranged for us to see a pool, that he had previously done, with the type of surface we thought we wanted to select. When the paver company he had been using did not have what we wanted he contacted another company that did have what we wanted and was able  to purchase the pavers and have them delivered from out of the county and no higher delivery cost than a local company. Also a representative from the paver company came by our home and brought samples.  He checked with us before starting the job to be sure we would be available on the days he started new additions on the pool and pool deck so that we could see things as they were put down. ( Very wise! This saves time,trouble and expense). He kept us informed every day. He gave us a time range that he would arrive and always called if he was going to be late. As we have moved to a more technical society we have seen pride in work and work ethic decline. This is Definitely Not The Case with this company. For the service provided and the courtesy extended we felt the price was most fair. This is a man who shows integrity and honesty. We actually found out about him because we saw him working at a neighbors home and inquired with our neighbor. We saw the great work he had done at their home and called him. That was our lucky day. If you need a pool resurface or pavers you will not be sorry you called this company. Our home looks incredible.

We stared out investigation for companies to refinish our pool 2 months ago.  we selected Hooks Stucco, Eloy Garcia, because he gave us a very comfortable feeling.  He was willing to meet us at several location so we could see he quality of work.  One of the places he showed us was done 9 years ago because we wanted to see how the finish had lasted.  His quote was in line with all the others we checked, but we felt they would provide the best job.
They completed the work today.  We are extremely satisfied with the quality of work.  his crew did an amazing job, were very nice, and we are very pleased.  He went the 'extra mile' to make certain that we got what we wanted.

Eloy &  team were great, arrived on time and stayed with the job despite heavy rain.  Communication before and after the job was outstanding.  The finish looks good but with some streaks. I am told they will go away in time - I don't think that happens with this technology.

 I highly recommend this company for any plastering/remodeling and refinishing of pools/spas.

Hooks-Stucco put a LED light in my pool from where my old pool light went out. It looks phenomenal. In the past, he has resurfaced my pool and "deck pavers." He did a great job with my fireplace, the masonry looks wonderful. I would not only recommend him but I will definitely use him again around the house.
