HONOR THY PET

It went just as expected. This is the second time we have used this company and they have acted in a professional, compassionate manner both times. The have a quick response time and follow your wishes exactly in regards to disposition of the cremains. We would gladly recommend them to anyone who has the need.

I was very please with my requests. I requested a private cremation, a lock of his hair (fur), he was a Tuxedo having black and white fur, they sent me both colors. I was so happy to receive the baggie with a part of him. I requested a paw print with his name stamped on it. Most importantly is the Burgandy wooden urn with a brass name plate, I had "in Our Hearts Forever" his name and his dates enscribed. I also chose a black and white kittie statue (about 3 1/2 inches tall) attached to the top of his box. Overall, I was so very pleased with everything I requested. I miss him dearly and they included the poem "The Rainbow Bridge". They also sent me a condolence card. They "Honor Thy Pet" Funeral snd Funeral Services, is the best place to feel relieved of the stage of your sweet animal's end stage.

From the first call , and calls thereafter we were treated professionally  and with great compassion in our time of need. we called other providers of this service but chose Honer Thy Pet after the first call. We would highly recommend this company , and in the future if needed will call upon them again.

We had our 17 year old dog put to sleep by the vet at our home. We had contacted Honor Thy Pet a few days ahead of time to schedule a time for them to come to our home to get her. Doreen handled the phone call and was professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Shawn arrived on time and was very professional, compassionate and respectful of our very raw grief. He completed the paperwork regarding our preferences and urn selection and then allowed us to wrap her in a fresh, folded white sheet and place her in his car. Shawn brought other services and products to our attention but did not give us the 'hard sell'. We were never in doubt that Honor Thy Pet would handle her with dignity. I have worked in a veterinary office before and I did not want her handled in the way they process deceased pets in this particular practice (bagged in a plastic bag and placed in a freezer until the 'disposal' guy shows up. This particular vendor threw the bags into an open bed truck. Horrifying and disrespectful). Honor Thy Pet provides a terrific service and will handle your special family member with dignity and respect.

Honor Thy Pet were great dealing with the death of my dog, Duke. They were very understanding, sympathetic, professional and very caring. They came to our house and picked up Duke. They cremated him and then brought his ashes, which were in a beautiful wooden box, to my wife's office. What was so impressive was their caring and sympathy throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them. They made a bad time bearable.

Would recommend them to anyone that finds themselves in that situation.

They came to our home for pick up and returned the urn to our home. During the process they were extremely kind, professional, and prompt. We were told in advance they operated 24 hours, 7 days a week, and sure enough...on Saturday afternoon at 4PM they came to our home within 90 minutes. The representative, John, was extremely respectful and loving with our deceased Maltese. The price for this service was very modest compared to what I had thought and included a very nice urn (which was completely optional).
