Sunroom and Patio Service
Installation went well. Room is very nice but never got final inspection done by county. After a year went to BBB still no inspection. Getting ready to have to sue.

The representative was very responsive and kept appointments. Also, he gave me an excellent price for doing a sunroom and
deck. I decided not to use them though because when I saw on Angie's List that they had an F rating and then show 21 complaints against them on the BBB, I decided better not.

I don't like to trash people or companies, it's rough out there. I just have to be honest and say that if I could do it all over again, I'd use someone else...... Why?
Once the sale was done, I was on my own for planning the room. It's easy for someone with prior experience to know what needs to be done or what may be desired for long-term best results and needless to say, I was a novice regarding patio enclosures. I was perfectly clear in my wants and what the patio would be used for yet this seemed to be completely disregarded and blown off during the process. Thank God I thought about insulating the ceiling, otherwise the newly air-conditioned room would've had an un-insulated ceiling !!
The project manager was cocky and a real jerk and treated me like I was just plain stupid, yet my money was surely green enough.
I could go on...
In the end, I'm happy with the room and I know anything like this is bound to be a PITA, but contractors should know that we who hire them are generally HARD WORKING people who just want the job done right in the first place.
Do the right thing and good will come back, I firmly believe that.

They failed to complete the project as stipulated in the contract. They tried to solicit me for additional work 3 to 4 months ago, and I talked to them on the phone and had the feeling like "are you kidding me?" They told me that their systems show the job was completed, even though it wasn't. They said the representative would help me pick out the tile to lay on the floor. My wife and I weren't happy with it and they basically stopped calling back and wrote it off.

Sunroom has leaked every year I have owned it. I can not have any furniture or electronic in the room due to the constant leaking. It has compromised the intergrity of my home and has been a nightmare from the beginning. The company will no longer honor my warranty and I can not find anyone to fix the current leaking ceiling I have. Stay way from this company.

SINCE THE COMPLETION OF THE WORK THE TREATED AREAS HAVE SUSTAINED WATER DAMAGE, CAUSING THESE AREAS TO ROT. WE CONTINUE TO HAVE MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH THE WOOD ROTTING ALTHOUGH IT WAS TREATED WITH THE CERAMIC GUARD. WE HAVE CONTACTED HOME-PRO TO HAVE THESE AREAS OF ROTTED WOOD ADDRESSED. KEN BIDDLE OF HOME-PRO STATED TO US THAT THE CERAMIC PAINTING DIVISION NO LONGER EXISTED AND THAT THEY WOULD NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY. HE INDICATED THAT THE COMPANY HAD BEEN DISSOLVED. WE ENTERED INTO THE CONTRACT WITH HOME-PRO USA, LLC AND THAT ENTITY IS STILL IN EXISTENCE AND ACTIVE WITH THE FL DEPARTMENT OF STATE. THE CERAMIC GUARD IS NOT LIVING UP TO THE SALES PITCH WE RECEIVED. HOME-PRO IS RENEGING ON THEIR WARRANTY AND CLAIMING THAT SINCE THEY NO LONGER ARE IN THE LIQUID CERAMIC BUSINESS THAT THEY WILL NO LONGER HONOR THE WARRANTY. IF HOME PRO TREATS A CUSTOMER WHO PAID THEM $99,000 THIS WAY, IMAGINE HOW THEY WOULD TREAT YOU. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES EVER.
