Home Instead Senior Care - Tampa

We engaged with Home Instead to provide additional at home senior assistance care for my Dad. They provided quality care and were cooperative and flexible to address short term needs, and adjustments to schedules. I would recommend them and use them for similar needs in the future.

We have been with them for about a month. They provide physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and nursing. I haven't been to their office. They always come here.

It went very well. I made arrangements with Home Instead Senior Care before I needed the transportation service and gave an approximate pick-up time. Once I knew the time of my medical procedure, I called them the night before I needed the service to give a more precise pick-up time estimate. The hospital called Home Instead Senior Care when I was ready for discharge, and the driver, Jan, picked me up at the hospital and drove me home. I did not need any help to get into my apartment, but Jan waited to see that I got inside before leaving. I will use this service again if needed, and recommend them highly. Based on this experience, I would also consider using their other services if necessary.
