 + -1 moreWe engaged with Home Instead to provide additional at home senior assistance care for my Dad. They provided quality care and were cooperative and flexible to address short term needs, and adjustments to schedules. I would recommend them and use them for similar needs in the future.
Description of Work: We were looking for assistance for my elderly father, who needed some additional assistance in their home. They had a local Brandon office / location, which was convenient to the area of our need.

Description of Work: Home Instead provided prompt, caring, in-home services to support my mother post-surgery. Michelle, the owner, was very responsive to our individual needs and matched the in-home provider accordingly. She was also very prompt with returning messages. Very pleased with their services and would hire them again in the future!

 + -1 moreIt went very well. I made arrangements with Home Instead Senior Care before I needed the transportation service and gave an approximate pick-up time. Once I knew the time of my medical procedure, I called them the night before I needed the service to give a more precise pick-up time estimate. The hospital called Home Instead Senior Care when I was ready for discharge, and the driver, Jan, picked me up at the hospital and drove me home. I did not need any help to get into my apartment, but Jan waited to see that I got inside before leaving. I will use this service again if needed, and recommend them highly. Based on this experience, I would also consider using their other services if necessary.
Description of Work: I needed someone to pick me up after a medical procedure at Tampa General Hospital and take me to my home, but I did not expect to need help inside my home. While I could have used a regular taxi service, I thought it was a better idea to use a service that was affiliated with in-home care services just in case I needed some extra help.
