Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
Jerry Arnold (licensed building contractor) owns "Home Improvements by JWA." I originally got his name from someone that was having their kitchen renovated. He and his crew are reasonably priced, personable, polite, ethical, on-time contractors. "Could you do this or that while you are here" was not a problem for Jerry. He moved a wall receptacle, put a work bench together and saved materials when and wherever possible. He works both residential and commercial but his company specializes in home renovations/ improvements. I also found out that he sometimes works with/under the license of other South Tampa contractors such as my original home builder, Sample Properties. Their work and my overall experience was a five star (anybody that knows me, knows that’s hard to get). I have since hired him for additional jobs including upgrading my media center - audio/visual and we are talking about a kitchen renovation. Plus my neighbors are now hiring him for window installations and exterior renovations.
