Their lawn gardener is not consistent and their operations where maybe some of the stores where I order I've asked them that and they would answer the question and they started staggering in one place. I asked them, "Well, if there is a store where they do order plants for people and they do have a way where the nursery or the growers bring them in, can you give me their number or their point of contact?" and they start clearing their throat and I don't like that. They have always been very polite but we're not getting results from lawn things. They sell a lot of like seasonal flowers that just die very quickly. They are very polite, you don't have to wait and that's fine.

We purchased it there, and then they provide the installation. He did a nice job. I really like the floor. If it is done right, it really comes out right. We have had it for 15 years. If you change your mind, it is easy to take it off, because it is just floating, it is not nailed. I like Home Depot, because they keep track of what is going in, and control the vendors that come in. They accept liability of everything. If I have complaints and issues, I just have to talk to Home Depot, and it is their responsibility to get things right. I like Home Depot, they are not perfect, but they run a good show. I think the price was fair.

You don't have to worry about working with the smaller the smaller contractors. You don't have to worry about them being licensed, bonded or insured because Home Depot obviously is, and you don't have the typical headaches that you would have when you're working with a smaller contractor and frankly, their prices are far more competitive than the smaller contractors. They've got everything that we needed and I feel comfortable working with them.

It has the best customer service for Home Depot across the country. No Home Depot has ever given me bad service. Their service is unbelievable. If I want them to, they will personally shop with me in the store or they will run and get it for me while I go in a different direction. They are amazing. One gentleman helped me personally to shop for front door handles. He took my door colored watch that I had. He ran across the store to see how it looked like from a distant. They actually care about me making a purchase there. They are unbelievable. All they want to do is help and they seemed more encouraged to work than any employees I see in any different market. They are amazing and I love them. They are fabulous and I have sent word to their managers. I don't have much time in my life to be praising people by writing letters yet I have done it for them.

I wasn't disappointed at all with the man, Ronnie Leto, that Home Depot sent out. He was really nice and he did a really good job.

The service was super. They did what they said they were going to do. Any problems that arose they would come back promptly and the work turned out great.

I go there often. The prices here are better than in similar other large stores so I like Home Depot.

It is convenient. They have sales with good price. I would recommend them to others.

The workers at the Home Depot did a very good job. They were very punctual. They were excellent and very efficient. They were very quick and they cleaned up after themselves.

We did have some problems. Someone went on vacation and did not transfer our file so it took longer that expected. Also, we found out we paid a little more than we could have. Overall though they did a good job and the experience was good.

I might use them again but I would be a lot less tolerant of their mistakes!

I moved the design/purchase from another Home Depot to this store based upon a recommendation. I worked with Denise and was very pleased with her guidance and assistance in the design. The kitchen area is unusual and requires creativity and close attention to detail. She picked up and corrected several errors in the initial design, worked past store hours when needed, met our appointment times, and called were anything to change. I found her pleasant to work with and she offered, what I think, is excellent advice. Others in the department also offered their help/advise as needed. The cabinets did end up priced higher than expected/hoped. Will update after install, by Home Depot in early June.

I have the faucets, but I still do not have the sinks and based on the delivery date that I was quoted, I scheduled granite installers to come and create my template. That means they had to rip up my laminate countertops and remove my old sinks, so I have no kitchen or master bath sink access. I am awaiting a call back from Home Depot at this writing, but they could not have been less helpful or informative and I believe they are actually lying to me at this point. They have no idea where my order is or when it will be delivered and could care less about the fact that this is causing me major inconvenience at this point.

The woman we met with was very nice; however, their prices were really high. We decided not to go with them because they were really expensive. She spent over an hour with us and knew a lot about the products. It was just way out of our budget.
