The doors opened out. We had ordered them to open in. It was explained that storm doors have to open out. Why didn't the sales person know that. The overall installation was very good. However, the dead bolt lock is not secure. The installer agrees, the field supervisor agrees but I still have not seen a repalcement over a month later. A lot of promises but no result. I was supose to get a rebate from Safe Florida. The Home Depot office now says they know nothing regarding this. I waited over two months from time of purchase to instaltion.
Description of Work: Installed storm rated front entry doors and storm panels.
