+ 1 moreWhen I complained, she replied in contempt that she would send someone to refund the money. I never heard back from her. She was very rude and condescending, calling me "sweety" among other things... The quality of her work does not entitle her in any of this attitude. I will never return to her gallery and I do hope that my feedback makes up for the money she owes me and more than anything, her snobbish and lame attitude.Thank you
Description of Work: I brought a photo to be framed. The owner never called me when it was done. From the beginning, we had agreed on a price of 139 dollars. I also bought an empty frame for 53 dollars which i returned a few hours later. 24 hours later, i checked my bank statement and to my surprise, the owner, Jill Scott, had charged me 193 dollars and never refunded me the 53 dollars. when i called her, the owner told me in a disdainful way that i "must wait until her return to get my refund because she was away and busy restoring her half-million summer house..."
