"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], Thank you for your purchase with our company. We are happy to respond to your review. You called in to our company for service, not emergency service. There is a service call fee associated with any AC visit from our company, the fee is normally $79.00 but with the membership that was gifted to you with your UV purchase, the service call fee is discounted to $67.15. This was discussed with you by our CSR or “little girl” as you referred to her, and she was simply stating our policy. You then spoke with our manager who explained to you that the details of the membership are listed on the invoice that you received when you purchased the UV systems. We do not typically receive any complaints regarding our CSR’s and their service, it is quite the opposite honestly. Additionally, you received a free service call once the technician arrived and was informed of your displeasure; therefore, we are confused by the unfavorable review. Thank you, Management Hoffman Electrical and AC"
"Good afternoon, We spoke to our Tech Richard as he left your Business, he already informed me of how you were acting, so I was pre warned before you wrote this review, he said the Conversation was good, in the beginning. Richard said he asked if you had the Electrical paperwork/information for the new "Yoga Village sign” in which you said no, our tech replied, I’ll get a ladder and go up there and get the information. He then asked you if there was anything else you were wanting an estimate for, you replied yes, in my shed and walked him there. At this time, he said you were nice, polite and calm, then he asked where is your attic access, so he could figure out how to get the power to the roof and make it look clean. This is where he said you yelled, " how am i supposed to know where it is" and this is why the estimate stopped, we can’t give a true Estimate if you can’t give access. At this point our tech collected the Service call fee and started to leave, at which you decided to tell the tech, “You can tell your business I plan on calling the credit card company to dispute the charges" instead of calling our company to discuss......??? I don't know if you just represent this business or are the owner. but we will be contacting them to complain about you and how you treated our employee, I bet this isn’t your first time doing so. You should also know as a representative of the business how one falsified Review could change how people view your business. I can only hope others reading this can understand our tech asking where the attic access is, is a normal question and that is what makes him a professional. Good luck to you Sir."
"We do not prey on the Elderly and have never done work for you before; you’re replying because [Member Name Removed] told you to slam us on social media. Well guess what, we will not be strong armed into giving any money back, but you will be contacted by our attorney for slander. Answer this question.....If you owned a business, and it stated on the contract that you do not warranty drain Lines or drain line Cleaning, because you can’t guarantee the calcium deposits won’t break free and re clog the drain or a snake, frog or lizard, doesn’t crawl into the drain line end and clog it, would you? You would not because there are to many variables. I would say 95% of HVAC companies DO NOT WARRANTY DRAIN LINES! For this reason, especially ones install by others, yes we didnt install it! and it has been there for years. This is what we are dealing with here. We can’t guarantee it will not clog again so that’s why we do not warranty them. Thank you."
