Hector Martinez did an amazing job painting the exterior of our one-story house. He explained everything he would do when he came to provide a free estimate. We was very knowedgeable and gave us excellent advice on the type of paint to use, which we purchased. He spent several days preparing our house for the paint. He explained the importance of sealing the stucco finish against fading in the strong Florida sun. It was an interactive experience - we asked questions, Hector asked us questions throughout the entire process. This resulted in an excellent product and we are thrilled. The paint was applied with a large roller, which ensured the paint got into the nooks/crannies of the stucco. The trim was spray painted, along with areas around the windows, eves, gutters, garage door, etc. Hector and his assistant worked tirelessly, climbing up & down the ladders at least a million times! He arrived exactly on time and worked late. He is extremely polite and easy to work with. He has painted several homes in our neighborhood and the neighborhood looks great! We would definitely hire Hector again.
