When I told the company to do the work, the owner promised me that I would not have to pay if I was not satisfied. At first they were going to use materials that I did not select. The owner told me it was a mix-up. I thought that the installation went well. I did have some issues and while they were fixing the small items, the pushy owner wanted me to pay for the work. He told me "How was the installer going to eat, if I did not pay"? I thought that was creepy and he was pushy. They did resolve the problems, but I would not use them again.
