MR. HARRISON CAME PROMPTLY AS PROMISED, CHECKED THE WATER HEATER, CHECKED ALL THE WIRING, AND TRACED THE PROBLEM TO A SWITCH THAT HAD BEEN TURNED OFF. I HAD JUST MOVED INTO THE HOUSE.
