Overall a B. I would say they had to come back and fix one thing. I can't remember what it was. That it wasn't quite perfect and they came right back and did it. I like that he just went ahead and did what had to be done when I explained the problem. He knew how to fix it and he was very pleasant. Nothing that I disliked other than the one door they fixed, he had to come back and do it again because we were having a problem with the door hooking. When you shut it...like a sliding glass door, it wouldn't catch. The repair he did just didn't work but when he came back it was fine. It was about $365 if I remember which I thought was a little steep. Actually having not hired anyone prior to that to do any work for so many years, it probably wasn't really outlandish at all. The quality was an A. There was nothing wrong with the work after it was done. The response was immediate so it was an A. He was friendly and courteous but he still was very professional. He didn't spend time chatting.

Our home is 26 years old and over many years had used Handyman for several roof repairs due to leaks.  They never tried to sell us a new roof but always told us it was still repairable.  Finally, after multiple leaks showed-up, they recommended we get a new roof. We knew it was time due to the age of the house and several homes in the neighborhood had already started to get new roofs. Handyman provided a fair price and were extremely professional on all fronts.  Their crew were hard working, friendly and most importantly turned out a quality product.  Many of the homes in our neighbor followed and replaced their roofs using Handyman. Our neighbors were generally very satisfied with the work and our neighborhood looks great.  Each day they would clean up and would use a large magnet to sweep the property for roofing nails.  I would use them again and recommend them!  They are not the least expensive but most importantly, they are fair, HONEST. provide quality work and are dependable.
