Would not fix or come out to even look.
Description of Work: Refused to honor 1 yr warranty service on 6 month old system. Refused to come out and look at it. All it needed was a small piece of outside hose wrap (maybe a 5.00 fix). If they won't do that I don't know what else to say.

Luke was very prompt and courteous (as always). I've used this company for residential and commercial replacement of units, repairs and maintenance for many years. They are reasonable, courteous, and knowledgable. We maintain maintenance contract ($159 per year) which includes one visit every six months, along with 10% discount on parts. A good Christian company, with a great work ethic. I highly recommend them for all your AC needs.

I called and they were booked for the day, but another customer cancelled so I got an appointment the same day. The technician arrived early and completed the work within 1/2 hour. Did not try to sell any other services (nice) but when I asked about a maintenance plan he provided the details in a comprehensive and friendly manner.
