Glens crew came out on a Saturday and put an entire new system in. He and his crew was friendly and honest!! He didn't try to up sell me and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend him for all your ac needs.

Please see above. It was a horrible experience that lasted two months of trying to get the A/C unit repaired but not having a technician competent enough to find the problem. Also, having heard from our renter that Doug spoke negatively about us made us view this company as unprofessional.

"The Customer's to the cost. Accusations by the Knesl's were made because the tenant was threatening to move out and understood that the final determination was the landlord's option. The Customer attacked the integrity of the technician because she did not like his evaluation of the problem and the correct repair method. After speaking with her and her husband I suggested that they find another contractor"

I spoke with Glen. He promptly answers and returns calls. He was able to provide service the same day. The first visit, they took care of the problem. It was on a Saturday and they didn't charge me extra fees. A couple of months later, my tenant was having another issue with the AC. Again I spoke with Glen and again he sent someone out the same day. I mentioned to Glen that his technician could give me an estimate on a new AC system since I seemed to be having constant problems. Glen was honest and said he didn't think it was necessary. He thought my AC unit was just fine. Shortly after, Glen calls me back to let me know what the problem is. They believe there is a back up with the main line which is connected to my unit's AC and the other units in the building. They did not try to sell me a new system, even though I was ready to buy one. And even better, he did not charge me for this visit! It is so hard to find honest and professional companies when it comes to home improvement and home maintenance. You will definitely be pleased with the service you receive from Glen and Guaranteed Air Services. We have 3 properties and Guaranteed Air Services is now our company of choice for our AC needs.

Glenn and his staff were very prompt in arriving on time, were very professional and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them to anyone needing A/C work. They are very honest, priced right and their work is outstanding.

He was recommended by a good friend. He kept my old unit going for a long time without charging. He fixed whatever problems I had right away, and was proactive about fixing problems I did not even notice. I feel good knowing he always there when I call.

I had paid them $75.00 on the 25th of Aug to come out and tell me what was wrong with my AC, it was leaking. Scheduled an apt on the 29th and they came out and took it apart and cleaned out the coils and put it back in. This took 4 hours and cost $413.00. Seemed fine but then on the 26th of September it was leaking again. They came out that afternoon and put in a drain tube and it stopped leaking, no charge this time. It apears to be working now. I really feel they should have put the $75,00 toward the repair bill. Now that they have been out here 3 times, and I have paid $488.00 I hope it is finally fixed. They young man who came out was very nice and very concerned!

"We apologize that the member did not understand that this repair was not something that could be done on the spot. We have a waiting list for repairs sometimes due to the nature of the repair and the skill level of the technician required to perform the repair. We added refrigerant on the first call to keep her cooling until we were able to schedule the repair. The first call included the refrigerant cost. Sorry for any misunderstanding or inconvenience"

He finds the problem whatever it is. He keeps it running. I would recommend him to anyone. He does not try to sell you a new unit he just keeps the old one running. He is very nice man.

He talked me out of getting a new air conditioner. He is very honest, punctual, and trustworthy. He said he will keep it running as long as he can, which is unheard of.
