Excellent customer service

I hired Jay came out on 5/29/19 to mow my lawn, they mowed the lawn, I noticed that there is a dent in the pole that keeps the gate closed, looks like the mower hit it, I called Jay and he said he would come back and take a look at it, I also sent him a picture, Jay wanted to wait until the next time he came by to mow, I mentioned to him that I could not wait that long, yesterday somebody did come out and try to fix it but I think it needs to be straighter, Jay was here today to look at it, he called me and said he did not think he could get it straighter, the thing that I am disappointed about is Jay just closed the gate and left like nothing happened and did not bother to tell me what was going on

Jiezi did a great job for a very fair price! My front, side, and back yard are both difficult spaces that had not been cut in six months or more. Jiezi cleaned it all up for me and knew exactly what to do without me telling him (good thing because I didn’t know!) I would HIGHLY recommend he and his crew. Great work for a very fair price.
