Great American Roofing, Inc.

Due to escalating homeowners insurance premium, we decided to replace our 20 year old roof. We requested an estimate from Great American Roofing. The owner Joe and project manager Kevin came out and walked the roof with me. They pointed out a few issues and made several suggestions. Also told we that all their workers are employees and showed me proof of license and insurance. A few days later, I received the estimate. After reviewing it with Joe, we scheduled the work to start in 4 weeks as that was their next available spot. The workers showed up on the start date at 7a, and had the roof stripped by sundown. I was home the whole time and they only took a lunch break. Their work ethic was amazing. They only replaced 1 sheet of plywood decking but 100+ feet of fascia board. By the end of the 3rd day, they were completely done. Joe also let me borrow a magnetic sweeper that I used to clean my driveway before we pulled any cars into the garage. Good thing as each evening, I found several nails as you can't expect them to find them all. I also used it on my lawn and found more nails which saved my lawnmower tires. Kevin arrived early. My animals even liked him - which usually says a lot about a person. He diagnosed the problem and fixed. So far, so good. I guess we will truly see the next hard rain.

They did a real good job! They went above and beyond. Very Happy with it! They were quick and efficient!

He was a nice guy, but he hasn't returned calls or followed up after the initial appointment. We went over the project in depth and he was supposed to send an architect out to draw up plans, but he never got back with me. He was very knowledgeable, just didn't follow through. He hasn't been responsive.
