Great customer service and did excellent job replacing original porcelain undermount sink on bath vanity with granite countertop. We weren’t sure who to contact to replace our undermount porcelain sink which had a 6” hole after a heavy object fell in it. Our first call was to Granite World who installed the granite countertop and sink 10 years ago. They were very accommodating. The company had a record of our original purchase and located a replacement sink. They had workers scheduled in our area in a couple of days and we scheduled an appointment. Two days later two workers came to disconnect the old sink and install the replacement. The replacement sink fit perfectly. The workers were professional and neat. They told us to wait 24 hours before having someone connect the plumbing to the new sink. Everything went better than expected and our ten-year old granite countertop still looks like new.

We recently bought a new house that did not have granite counter tops. We looked around and eventually selected Granite World. Prior to actually selecting them we did visit a couple of homes in our area for which they did work and after speaking with the people and seeing the work, we were satisfied that Granite World should do our counters. Rudy and his people were tremendous to work with. Rudy was always available to respond to questions or concerns we had. It's nice when the owner of a company gives you personal attention. Darlene was great in helping my wife and I select the right color. She showed great patience as this was not the easiest thing in the world for us. In fact, of the entire project, selecting the right color was probably the hardest part. The installers, Rafael and Armando are real pros.  When it came to removing the old counters they had a huge challenge in our master bathroom. There was a four by eight foot mirror that was glued to the old back splash. It took them awhile, but they were able to remove the back splash with out removing the mirror or damaging it. The installation of the new counters went smoothly. Rafael and Armando took care in making sure there were no problems. They were neat and clean up after the work was complete.
I would strongly recommend Granite World. The new counters they installed have definitely enhanced the look of our new house.

They were great.  No issues.  Very fast turn around time in a busy season.

The selection of granite available on premises is impressive. We were encouraged to visit other granite suppliers in the area as Granite World works with several suppliers. In spite of the high volume of customers and the Christmas holidays, I received an estimate quickly (Ramos Granite was close to 3 weeks to provide an estimate; Kitchen and Bath Factory was not only ridiculously expensive, but was trying to "pad the work" with unnecessary construction). Once I signed the contract with Granite World, Rudy came onsite and created the template. Shortly afterward we were scheduled and our granite installed. Also of note - Granite World and their crew were never late to a scheduled appointment (which was highly appreciated).

The original sink (which had cracked) could not be easily removed but, rather than risk damaging the existing surface, the company decided to cut the sink out. This necessitated them ordering a special blade in order to complete the task. Consequently, there was a delay in completing the work but we were kept updated throughout the proceedings and the price quoted was the price charged.

Requested a Quote and found their prices to be quite competitive. A tour of the facility and their stock was impressive. A very busy place, but they found time to show us around, answer questions and provide insight into the process. Installation went well, except for a few items that have yet to be resolved - nothing serious - but items that at least should be addressed: difference in the "placement" of the bar that now makes it appear to be shorter than the one replaced, and the strange "gap" between one wall and the backsplash. Other than that, a very fine installation.

I went to many Granite and Quartz showrooms around town.
I found manufacturers there that I did not see anywhere else in town.
The sales staff were knowledgeable and were willing to give advice, rather than resorting to the statement that 'it is a mater of personal choice'. I desperately needed advice, and Granite World did not steer me wrong.
My counters are beautiful

It was an unusual piece of granite that had a lot of movement in it. It had to be matched perfectly or it would look terrible and it looks fabulous.
There was a difficult area where two pieces came together that had to matched at an angle and they did a great job. I went to three or four fabricators and they had the best price.

I was working with a tight budget and thought granite countertops would be too expensive. I found Granite World on Angie’s List and stopped at their showroom just to confirm my suspicions!

From the beginning Elaine was very helpful and understood my budget constraints. I had the measurements of the old countertops with me and she gave me a price for a basic color granite with one of the standard edges. The price was much lower than anticipated. Our old 1987 countertops suddenly started looking worse every day.

One of the advantages of Granite World is the showroom and granite slabs are at the same location. It was hotter than blue blazes in the yard but Elaine was incredibly patient. I think I went back 3 more times before I finally selected the Yellow Brazil. When I paid my deposit, Elaine put our name on the slab right then. She’s the sales manager and terrific to work with.

Within days Rudy came to our house to take precise measurements. He knows his stuff and answered all my questions. He offered to tighten up the gap beside the stove for us which was wider than necessary. (Now that's it's fixed I realize how much nicer it looks. Also, I was pleased to discover they even polished the edges on each side of the stove.)

The installation was scheduled a week later and every piece fit precisely. The main installers were Joey and Geo (some other men came to assist) and they were excellent. We had an old issue with the height required for a new dishwasher and they were able to resolve it by installing the granite as high as possible under our backsplash. They were very pleasant to work with and wanted to be sure we were satisfied with the installation.

Overall doing business with Granite World was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, punctual, turnaround time was quick, the granite looks perfect and the price was right.

The owner met with me, came to my home to do the measurements and template, and inspected for quality after the installation. I was very impressed with how accomodating they were with scheduling. The product is excellent, they have hundreds of granite slabs to choose from and are very helpful in choosing one to meet your design specifications.

They were excellent. I paid about $400 on that work. They are perfect in every way. They were very quick and responsive and even do E-mails. They always showed up right on time.

Estimate and Service was prompt. Cost was a factor to me, so they made sure they found me a remant to use at a huge discount. The workmanship was perfect. I do not know how they made the fit so perfect.

They had done the initial work four years ago. So they took the responsibility of doing it now correctly. This time they did a good job. I will grade them high for the work that they did this time and not for the initial work.

We began this project by visiting many granite companies in the local area, getting general information, looking at samples, discussing price, work time involved etc. The owners at Granite World were very helpful, in all aspects of our "search". One thing that impressed us was that they had their inventory of granite slabs on the premises, giving us the opportunity to see "the big picture" as opposed to making our selection from a 4" x 4" sample. Also, all work is done on their property and we were able to watch the men at work, cutting, polishing, sealing the granite. The owners, Rudy and Julie, answered all our questions and didn't try to hurry our decision process. Once we signed the contract, Rudy came to our home, measured, offered suggestions, quoted us a price, and set the date for installation. The crew arrived on time, worked fast without sacrificing quality and cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite and answered any questions we posed as they proceeded. The entire job took less than a day. Everyone involved was very professional, making a project we had agonized over very painless. Our only concern was the final sealing process. The worker assurred us that the liquid he sprayed on was sealer but it came out of a windex/vinegar bottle (which is what we were told to use for cleaning the granite). When we questioned the owners, they told us that the sealer comes in huge drums and they transfer it to the smaller spray bottles for convenience on the job, but since we had voiced a concern, they sent a man out to give it another coat just to satisfy us -- a very professional job of customer satisfaction! Granite World's price was considerably lower than most of their competitors, the job was professional, and all the people involved were friendly. We would definitely would use them again and recommend them to our friends.

They were very responsive. There was an issue with one of the countertops, it had a discoloration spot. We called it to their attention, the owner came out and looked at it, and said they would replace it. They came and did replace the whole piece. We were very happy with the way things turned out and would highly recommend them.

From the owner, Rudy & his wife & all employees to the installation guys. This was a first rate operation. Knew their business. Friendly, prompt, professional, followed up with phone calls. On time delivery. Hire them. Stay the way you are.

We were pleased beyond our expectations from the time we walked into their showroom until the men left after the installation. When it was time to pick our slabs of granite, the slabs were moved out into the sunlight so we could be sure they were what we wanted. Rudy the owner did all of the measuring himself. He is very professional and had excellent suggestions for our project. The men that did the installation were personable, polite and did an excellent job. When we are ready to do our bathrooms we will call them.

They showed up on time when promised. The installation went well. I found a couple of things that needed to be done to complete the job. The owner (Rudy) called right back and sent a crew out to perform the fix (notch a corner and brackets for the dishwasher).
