"Hey [Member Name Removed], sorry to hear your dissatisfaction, however not surprised either. The time frame from this review from the remodel is over four months ago. I know the only reason for leaving this review is because we discontinued your service after your constant badgering, from the beginning of the project to the end. You are only now reviewing this in July because we decided to discontinue your weekly service because nothing could ever be right with you. your pool looks amazing I will not go to far into detail about your project here though because generally, people know reading reviews once someone leaves a book of a review such as yours there is no satisfying you. I will say we are your 3rd contractor though that was actually able to complete your project and get paid in full, so we must have done something right, The only thing we did not get right was choosing to work with you. Have a wonderfully blessed day."

"Weeds grew back 2 months not 2 weeks, "it is Florida". I have no control over that though either [Member Information Removed]. I was able to move a crew off of another project in order to complete your job 2 days before Easter and your family arriving in town. We are still servicing your pool on a weekly basis. Your upset because I wont come back 4 months later to pressure wash your deck again. I cant seriously be responsible for algae and weed control for the rest of your life. I am not surprised by this review though because you held Angles List review over our head from beginning to end, in which is why I do not like working from Angies List referrals"
"Yes the pool filter was blowing de powder into the spa. It was our tech who notified the homeowner the day he back washed and added powder to the pool. The filter was over 5 years old so that's a pretty good life on a de filter grid system. We were proactive in letting the homeowner know there was a problem as soon as we noticed it so we could fix it asap."
"The input is appreciated as it is always a good way to better the business, however a few clarifications are needed since these are just a "conclusion" with no scientific testing or clarification done by the homeowner on the actual "pure silicone lubricant such as lithium grease" that I am aware of. We use "Lube Tube" brand lubricant which has PTFE inside it which conditions the o rings and every pool store uses and sells. I suspect the problem is the o ring is over two years old like the homeowner stated in the above review and if I had it to do all over, would of had my personnel sell and bring out a new o ring and lube with the same lube that was on the filter housing. It is white/translucent in color and anyone who uses it can see its a milky white color coming out of the tube. Second Issue I have with this review is the fact that we did not sweep the bottom of the pool. That is correct, we do not sweep the bottom of the pool because that is not part of the service the homeowner selected. Our premium service offers vacuuming the pool floor weekly. Generally where ever you go to get any type of service, if you don't pay for the up charge you don't get the extra work. We would of been more than happy to do the extra work desired and adjust the bill accordingly."
"We apologize for this inconvenience and as a company we have implented a policy to listen and learn from each customers suggestions, or complaints. I appreciate the compliment with the repair work and responsiveness. Since this issue about taking the old filter, from the new filter replacement. We have asked our customers if they would like for us to dispose of the old filter for their convenience, instead of assuming this. We do have a policy not to fill pools with water "leaving water on low till customer comes home to turn off" in the event the customer is out of town and a week goes by overfilling pool. We do however leave daily job tickets at customers house explaining what has been done that day of service and what needs to be checked when customer arrives home. ultimately proper communication is 100 percent of good business and this is our number one goal at GPS Pools. Thank you for your comment and concern and we are striving to do better everyday. Glenn Simpson owner, operator."
