"Unfortunately we have had an ongoing situation with this customer and have worked tirelessly to resolve. This customer claims cash was taken. We do not move cash, jewelry or prescription medication therefore the fact the customer claims his cash is missing is difficult to address. The same crew who moved his home is also the same crew who has turned in expensive diamond rings they find behind couches and under beds during a move. We have talked to the crew and looked into the matter with much effort and at this point it is now the customer becoming irate and rating us low on multiple platforms (Angie's list, BBB, etc). Much time and effort has gone into this situation which involves items we don't even move, as mentioned in our contract . Due to his many calls and emails and reviews, we encouraged him to file the police report he mentioned above. We don't know what else to do for him. There are so many things untrue about this review and I, Josh, the owner, did reach out to him via email with an extensive reply and questions to which he has not replied. I will attempt calling this customer tomorrow to discuss this again. My manager Bob has spent a lot of time with this customer as well attempting to resolve this. Clearly this has been a horrible experience for this customer and us as well and we hope to resolve this quickly. We work incredibly hard to protect our customers, our company, our reputation, our employees, our Core Values and our branding and take great offense when that is challenged."

MOVING SUCKS! - But these guys did a great job, they were professional and courteous. I was in a pinch had to move in two days and they came through for us. They wrapped every piece of furniture before they moved it from the house and took very good care of our belongings. They didn?t beg or ask for tips, like my last movers, and you could tell they knew exactly what to do. I would recommend using this company.

The reason the move was converted to an hourly rate is because the initial quote was for FURNITURE Only as you were planning on moving the boxes and small items yourself. Since we ended up moving boxes and everything, we had to convert the move to an hourly rate. Again, I apologize that this was not made more clear on the day of the move. We greatly appreciate the business and are glad everything went smoothly with your move."
