Glass Resource

The glass was clouded when I purchased the house 14 years ago and had worsened. After getting a quote that was higher, a second glass installer referred me to Glass Resource. A telephone quote was given followed up by a home visit to measure and confirm the phone estimate. Two weeks to the day the new panes were installed. The house is old and whoever had put in the old panes had used wood glue instead of silicone. Mike spent 4 hours carefully removing the old glass so as not to damage the wood and molding. His cheerful attitude and patience was commendable. I told him he could complete the next day as it was taking longer than anticipated and he said he would continue working until the job was complete and I was 100% satisfied. I'm very happy with the results.

I was satisfied with their work. They have great customer service. They had the best price for the work. They were willing to fix any mistakes. There was something wrong with the first bit, but they have been willing to fix it for me. I plan to use them again in the future.
