**Glass Maxx, Inc. Delivered Exceptional Support!** In June 2024 I hired Clear-View Companies to update my master bathroom. However, once the doors were in place and it was time to use my shower, I was disappointed to find a puddle of water outside the shower. Clear-View brought in Glass Maxx (whom he had subcontracted to install the shower doors) twice to address the issue, but the problem persisted. Dave Bunker of Clear-View tried to brush it off as "normal" to have some water outside the shower, which was frustrating to say the least! Determined to resolve this issue, I contacted Bob Langer at Glass Maxx and requested that his technicians come out one more time to verify that the shower riser/threshold was properly tilted. Thankfully, Bob was responsive and sent someone over as soon as possible. The technician quickly verified that the riser/threshold was tilted to the outside of the shower and spoke with Dave Bunker at Clear-View who, very reluctantly, agreed to dispatch his tile team to make the necessary adjustments. While my experience with Clear-View was frustrating and less than satisfactory, I was thoroughly impressed with Glass Maxx. They listened to my concerns without dismissing them. Their technician was exceptional—professional, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about his work! He addressed all my questions thoroughly, turning a stressful situation into a constructive one. If you need a stunning shower enclosure or door, I strongly recommend checking out Glass Maxx online or contacting Bob Langer directly. He responds promptly to texts and/or emails. I can assure you that Glass Maxx stands firmly behind their commitment to customer satisfaction. They truly prioritize customer satisfaction!

Excellent in every way. Professional, punctual, fair price and the cut was spot on. Looks fantastic and now I want to have glass tops cut for all the wood furniture tops! Tricky part of this job is that the bar top opens and separates into two tops. The two glass pieces needed to match up... and they do! It's great work.

Excellent, We we're promptly contacted back from Bob, and he made arrangements to get here and provide an estimate. Bob showed up on time, gave us a quote and time frame for the job to be completed. Surprisingly, instead of the 7 day estimated time to get the window repaired, Bob called and asked if we we're good with having their technicians come out and fix the window the next day. The 2 techs that came out (cannot remember their names) called to inform us of their ETA, and again arrived on time. They we're polite, efficient, worked together well, and cleaned their work area before leaving. The window looks brand new, works great, and we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Glass Maxx, Bob, and the two technicians that repaired the window that day.

Provided frameless shower door (24x92 inch).  The installers were excellent and honest.  Only thing I would recommend is that you make sure if you are putting in shower door that you understand shower door they install swings in and out (both directions) which is a great feature but I was unware of that when making decision to locate which side hings should be placed and that does make a difference.  Overall I would hire this company again

Excellently. They came, they measured, and a few weeks later when they had the glass, they installed. The hardware (door handles, a couple of hooks, and a towel rod were well made, It could not have gone better. The installer was friendly and on time. I'd use them again without question.

Out of the blue, my 55' dog went bonkers over something she saw outside and knocked out my front window through the wood blinds. Since it was my front window, and it's the summer in Florida, I had several challenges:
 - easy access into the house by a predator
 - easy access out of the house for the dog and cat
 - steady release of Air Conditioning versus summer heat
Made a phone call to Glass Guru and he understood my problem. He said that he could probably work me in same day, and quoted me over the phone. I ended up getting stuck away from home when he called to perform the service. He said he could probably repair the pane from the exterior of the house, and told me don't worry about trying to get home for his visit. I arrived home an hour later to find the glass pane was fixed, looked perfect, no harm done to my flower beds, and all glass was cleaned up and removed. We caught up with each other via phone later and I paid with my credit card. Within an hour, I had a receipt emailed to me. 
This was one of the easiest contractor transactions I've had, and I would gladly use them again.
