Found problem. Explained the fix. Showed us how to routine maintenance. Answered all questions.

Didn't carry the part we needed.

They were timely and showed up when they said the would be there and were very courteous and professional in fixing our microwave.

GE appliances are terrible. Off the top of my head the last thing I remember was the refrigerator and that was about 6 months ago and they are probably due to come back in here because I am having a problem again. It's not the technician's fault, it's just the appliances themselves. I have a standard cost with my policy, I pay $125 to have somebody come in. That covers all of the repair. GE has always been very good. Their technicians are good.  I'll give them A's. Sometimes the problem with GE technicians is sometimes they can't get in here for a week or two so timing sometimes is an issue. Again you are talking about a multitude of appliances here over the years. We've had different circumstances. If you are referring to the last circumstance, then the refrigerator, yeah, I would give them an A. That's the problem that it takes a week for somebody to get out here so responsiveness in the sense of being able to set up an appointment was probably more a long the lines of a B or a C. The guys are great. Again, it's not the type of thing that they can only carry so much equipment on the truck and if it's a parts problem, they always come back. There is really not much they could do differently.
