Description of Work: Bought a trailer that was not built of quality .

Description of Work: The price was good and the quality ok. The integrity of the company is very poor. Gator Tail trailers doesn't manufacture their own trailers. Hurricane Cargo makes them and puts Gator Tails logo on them. They promised me specs of what I ordered and once they had my deposit they never sent them. I ordered a v-nose trailer with a 60"'ramp on the left side front, when I picked up the trailer there was no front ramp. They were supposed to send me pictures of the trailer when it was complete, which they never did. When the trailer was originally to be done on Feb 8th it was not. I was driving 13 hours to pick it up and only found out late the day before 4:30, that it would 't be ready after speaking to numerous people. Even after another month I still could not get confirmation that it was done. They assured me it was done and would send me pictures before I left to come get it. They say they entered my e-mail address in correctly that is why I never got the pictures. I was livid when I got there and saw there was no front ramp on the trailer. Hurricane Cargo said they never got a build order from Gator Tail Trailers about the ramp. When I e-mailed Rick Wolfe about what happened to the ramp, he said it was never quoted and that the trailer would have cost more; he sent me a copy of invoice with a similar trailer which had the ramp and it was another $800. I e- mailed him a copy of my notes from the conversation we had when I placed the order. He didn't t recall discussing it, I wouldn't t have noted it if we didn't discuss it. He wouldn't address why he never sent me specs or why I never got pictures. The business ethics of the individuals and the companies is not very high. Though the price was very good, they are less then reputable. Insist on seeing specs before you give them a deposit , and insist on seeing pictures of your finished trailer before picking up. I read some ok reviews and some bad. I got a bad one.
