I use Jose Garcia. I think the cost is $125 a month or something like that. For pricing, I haven't really shopped him so I don't know how he compares to everybody else. Overall, he's a C. I don't give him much thought. When he cuts my grass, he cuts my grass. If he don't, I call him up and yell about it. I use him every week. It takes probably a half hour to complete the service. I've talked to him on the phone a couple of times; that's about it.
