Galewski Title Company

We bought a condo in the channel side district of Tampa and the sellers selected Galewski Title company to handle the closing of the sale. Gloria Perez was the person handling all of our paperwork including title insurance and HUD statement for the closing. Our closing date was delayed and moved out a week, Gloria blamed the bank when I spoke to her. I talked to the bank and they said they provided her with all the necessary information. When I received the HUD statement on the day of closing I found errors, Gloria revised and sent again. It was revised several times prior to closing due to errors. When we arrived for the closing the HUD statement had been revised again, the HUD statement we brought with us was not the same as the one presented at closing. Gloria did not tell us it had been revised until I pointed out differences from our copy. December 17th we finally closed on the property and thought all was final. On February 4th I receive an email from Gloria telling me that we owe another $3000 due to an error on the HUD statement and if we don't pay it the sale will be VOIDED. She didn't provide any documentation or detail. At this point things have not been finalized I am going to request a revised HUD statement to review. My husband and I are not new to buying/selling property, over the years we have bought and sold multiple properties. We have never had an experience like this!
