We paid a deposit on July1, 2013 and it took until August 2nd for work to begin. In early September the roof was still leaking in the same area. An employee, Wesley, came out and worked on the roof and said he fixed it. On September 24 the roof was leaking again in the area that Wesley said he had fixed. Porter Roof said Wesley was out and could not come in. Ed Huertas, the reported owner said on October 2nd he would be out Friday, October 4th. He did not show or call. Finally, on October 11th someone came out and said they were sure it was fixed and there would be no more leaks.
The leaks in the area that had been repaired appeared soon after the last visit and it became more difficult to get anyone to respond to our calls to fix the leaks properly. Finally on November 4th the owner said he would send Wesley and another man out to do a water test to see where the leak was. The water test was not conducted until November 15th but was not conclusive.
Wesley gave us his cell phone number and told us the call him during the next rain when we had a leak and he would come out right away to see the leak and then know where to make other repairs. We had several rains in December and called him but he never answered or responded to our voice mail that we still had the leak they were paid to fix.
We have given up on Porter Roofing fixing the leak they were paid to fix. In our opinion they are incompetent. We are moving on to find another roofer to fix the leak and have not ruled out a law suit to recover the $2,465 we paid to Porter Roofing. I would not recommend this company to ever do roof work.

For two days they appeared to work non stop until it was finished.

Did a good job on the leak. Found some loose tiles and made some recommendations about fixing them. Never followed up with me to schedule the follow up work.

There price were reasonable, They deliver true. They did when promised, and finished when promised.

WE STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A RETURN CALL FROM THEM. THEY WOULD DO BETTER TO HAVE A PERSON CALL AND SAY THEY ARE BUSY, THAN NOT CALL BACK. WHEN THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH COMPLETED WORK, AND A WARRANTY, IT IS BETTER BUSINESS TO CATER TO THOSE WHO HAVE PAID YOU.
