I ultimately went with another company. He needed to take the furniture with him. It would take 4-6 weeks and use a standard resurfacing agent.

They filled in the dent very poorly and the repair on the leg of the night table was amateurish, you can still see the line. They said they could copy the beading, but in fact they couldn't. It was very badly done. I would not recommend this company. I didn't realize it was a franchise, when I hired them.

I want to say that the Furniture Medic was very reliable and personable. They did a wonderful job on my two oak chairs. Would certainly use them again and recommend them to all my friends who need their furniture, no matter what kind, repaired.

KIM & LISA WERE A JOY TO WORK WITH. THIS FURNITURE WAS OVER 50 YEARS OLD & HAD SERVED 2 GENERATIONS OF OUR FAMILY. THEY RETURNED IT LOOKING BETTER THAN NEW. AND HAD MATCHED THE FINISH PERFECTLY.
