Thank you for the great service!
"I reviewed your post and researched are records and we do not have a customer in our data base with the name listed above, you might want to research your contractor prior to posting negative comments on our page. I have reported the comment to Angie’s List for an investigation."
"After reviewing this customer’s complaint, I pulled her file and research the items that she is talking about. Her insurance company is Citizens property and the adjuster estimate only paid $5.82 per square foot installed and he only allowed for the pool room, out of common customer services we installed new flooring in this room as well as the hall way which is another 85sf that I Paid for and did ask the property owner for a dime. The floor allowance provided is the replacement cost of like for like. Any customer that suffered flooring damage should know that the carrier is only obligated to replace the floor for the fare market value, the carrier only owes up to the door jam if you have a T strip separating the two living areas the carrier will not pay any additional money, this customer in question had that strip, to keep people happy we went ahead a paid for that flooring. As for different employees/subs, it’s called trade work each trade specializes in different fields of a job. As for cleaning of a home, the standard cleaner will charge a minimum of $75.00, the insurance company only allows .21 cents per square foot, the room is a 241.32 SF so that means the carrier will owe $50.67 this would not be enough money to complete the job and we never allowed for a cleaning service for such a small area. As for augment between us, I never had a heated conversation with this customer the price of flooring is dictated for what you had prior to the loss, if the allowed dollar amount was wrong why did you pick it out and let us install it? I strive to give a fare price for good services, as all consumers know you just can’t please everybody, the important thing is we finish the job and she had nothing to pay but her deductible. We have 100’s of customer for reference checks if anybody would like a list please contact our office, this review is unfair."
Walt, the General Contractor, promptly telephoned and made arrangements to come to my home after hours. He brought with him Jeff, his plumber, who repaired the water line. Walt consulted with me and by way of thermal imaging showed me where the unseen areas where water damage had occurred. He indicated that if I wanted his company to complete the demo, dry out, and reconstruction process, his company would be able to provide all services. I agreed.
The GC then telephones his demo/dry out service tech, Daniel Linga, who also came to my home after hours on emergency callout. Dan removed baseboards, flooring and underlayment. He immediately set up all necessary equipment to begin the drying process. He worked until late evening ensuring his job was done in its entirety. For the next four days, Daniel, promptly returned to my home to inspect and perform any necessary changes to equipment so as to continually ensure full dry out. With each visit, his used a moisture meter to detect if any moisture remained. Once completely dry, Daniel removed the equipment.
Walt, Jeff and more specifically, Daniel, were prompt, caring, courteous and professional in all aspects of the services they performed. I would highly recommend this company for water damage dry-out services.
"Thanks so very much for the very kinds words, call me / us if you any other needs."
Had a pipe break and they came out right away to fix the issue. They also had a sister company Florida Services that came out and dried up the water that had flooded my house. They helped me with my insurance claim and worked with the adjuster to have my house put back together. Would recommend them to anyone.
"Thank you very much if you need something please call."
"Thank you very much if you need something please call."
The experience of facing repairs and living through the inconvenience can't be helped, but the person doing the work can make it as pleasant as possible, and he did. I would definitely use this company again or recommend them.
In an addendum, I didn't realize that the drying out was only part of the picture. Josh was professional, but all my dealings with the owner, Walter, were not at all acceptable. It became a nightmare and I would not use them ever again.
