Frontier

They were booked for over a week, but it was easy to make an appointment. I was given a 4-hour window, and the installer called about 30 minutes into that 4-hour window to let me know he was on the way. He was very nice and professional, and got everything done quickly. I had had FIOS before, but since Verizon sold their territory here to Frontier, the lady on the phone had said the installer would put in all new equipment. The installer said the equipment I had was fine. He put a new battery in for me and took the old one to recycle. After reading a lot of horror stories on Frontier, I'm glad I didn't pay too much attention to them. I did have to contact them via chat to get my online userid working on their site, but I had internet as soon as the installer got things hooked up. I just wanted to get to their site and set up automatic payment, etc. That was also resolved pretty quickly. I still do not have a working frontier email address, but I don't really care about that since I have a free email address from a non-ISP source that I use so I'm not dependent on any internet provider for my email. Those minor issues are why I gave them a B instead of an A.

They cant get it straight. Every month my bill is different. It is never the same.

We had a certain package with Verizon, but now that they've become Frontier the rates have gone up. They have told us over the phone that they will adjust the price down, but every other month it goes right back up.
