Can I give 6 stars? It is very emotional event to empty out a parent's home. It becomes even more difficult to try to orchestrate it from 3 states away. You can feel confident to put your trust in these people. They covered every detail and went above the call of duty with a smile when needed. A pleasure to work with them

Michelle and Andre did a fantastic job. Very fair price negotiation based on fixed percentage of estate sale proceeds. A++ honest dealers. They notified me of hidden money found at my mother's house while setting up for the estate sale. They took care of everything: ad placement, notification to their list of frequent estate sale buyers, setup of an organized and secure 2-day sale at the house, performed research on artwork that will be sold at auction. Items that did not sell were donated to local charity. Nothing but praise for their efforts.

I did three days of research before selecting someone to conduct my estate sale. Michelle and Andre were contracted to help me sell excessive and unwanted household items before a move. Once contacted, they took over all planning and advertisements. They have vast experience and a loyal following of potential buyers that really helps get things sold. That is especially true of odd items. They know what things are worth and how to get them sold. Their work is based on total sales and definitely worth the money.
